Help The Future Now LLC ("we", "us") is an independent insurance brokerage. Chrystione is a licensed independent insurance broker (NPN 18045601, CA Lic. #1853906). This policy explains what we collect on helpthefuturenow.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you give us on our forms: ZIP code, the coverage topics you pick, your name, phone number, email (optional), and the best time to reach you.
Your consent choice for calls and texts, plus the date, time, and page where you gave it. We keep this as a record of your consent.
Information you share during a call or appointment, such as your doctors, prescriptions, current coverage, and household details, when you choose to share it.
Basic website data such as pages visited and device type, from our hosting logs and from any analytics or advertising tools we enable (for example Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Pixel when installed).

How we use it

To contact you about the coverage topics you asked about and to help you compare and enroll in plans.
To send calls and texts only if you agreed to them. You can opt out at any time.
To meet legal and carrier rules. For example, Medicare sales calls must be recorded and the recordings kept.
To measure and improve our website and advertising.

Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to help you: with the insurance companies you apply to; with agency partners and service providers who support our work (such as our CRM, form processor, and phone or SMS tools); and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages

SMS opt-in: You can choose to receive text messages from Help The Future Now LLC by entering your mobile number and checking an unchecked, optional consent box on our website forms. Texting consent is not a condition of purchase. We text you about your request, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and Medicare and related coverage information. Message frequency varies. We use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as needed for the reasons above or as required by law or carrier contracts.
